Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Charleston with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
