Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Quill Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Charleston plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
