Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rook Construction and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
