Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Corner Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Boston, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
