Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Group is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Boston. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
