Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Harbor Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
