Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Cedar Vista Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Boise plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
