Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Cedar Oak Facilities is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Boise. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
