Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Granite Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boise, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system.
