Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Lumen Timber Construction Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
