Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
