Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar River Property Management manages apartment communities around Birmingham, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
