Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
