Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Austin producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Austin. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
