Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Summit Beacon Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
