Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group is a Austin company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
