Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
