Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Sable Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
