Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Austin, TX)

Bright Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
