Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies.
