Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield West Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
