Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
