Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Timber Property Management and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
