Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Property Management and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
