Senior Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Albuquerque with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
