Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Amber Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system.
