Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Forge Farms is an agricultural business based around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
