Greenridge Forge Facilities looks after properties across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
