Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Maple Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
