Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
