Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 806 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
