Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Wilder Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
