Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Haven Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
