Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
