Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tucson plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
