Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
