Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Toledo, OH)

Summit River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Toledo plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
