Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Tampa, FL)

Nova Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
