Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Summit Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Spokane region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
