Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Bright Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Spokane, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
