Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Spokane caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
