Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
