Lumen Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders.
