Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Nova Ember Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Seattle with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
