Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Nova Quarry Farms Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
