Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
