Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
