Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
