Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Keystone Freight is a Savannah logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system.
