Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Wren Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
